The Jersey Difference - Making more with less

Because of their small size, Jerseys consume less feed and water, they require smaller barns for housing and produce less waste. Jerseys milk also has higher levels butter fat & cream. By making more with less, Jerseys have a smaller carbon footprint making their milk more environmentally friendly. The grassland pastures on our farm also sequester carbon from the atmosphere and support better soil health. Protecting the environment for our future generation is a core value for our family.

 
 

HIGHER NUTRIENT LEVELS

Jersey cows naturally produce the highest quality milk for human consumption. Compared to average milk, Jersey milk has greater nutritional value: 15% to 20% more protein, 15% to 18% more calcium, and 10% to 12% more phosphorous, and also considerably higher levels of an essential vitamin, B12.

BETTER NUTRITION = BETTER TASTE

Flavourful and nutrient-dense, Jersey milk just tastes better and the reason is - there is more protein, calcium and other non-fat solids in Jersey milk per volume when compared to other breeds.
